Tribal Robots (cancelled)
“Tribal Robots was the working title of a game set in a world inhabited exclusively by robots. The main character was a robot too, exploring different biomes, scavenging for electronic components and using them to craft things. The interesting twist was that, as a robot, the protagonist could modify their own body, adding the ability to fly, swim, climb and many others, to access new areas and unlock other skills. Massive and enigmatic colossi dotted the land, and the plot revolved around awakening them.
To avoid the cliché of a post-human future, I developed a concept for a robot-only universe, centered around a cosmic clash between Idealist and Materialist tribes of synthetics, to serve as the underlying conflict of the game.”
